Title IX Athletics Handbooks
The Title IX Athletics Handbooks for collegiate and interscholastic athletics programs provide basic guidance for administrators, coaches, student-athletes, and parents. These Handbooks have been authored by Valerie McMurtrie Bonnette, co-author of the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education’s 1990 Title IX Athletics Investigator’s Manual. The Handbooks may be used for educational, but not commercial, purposes. The Handbooks provide technical assistance, not legal advice.
