UPDATED COLLEGE MANUAL IS HERE:
The updated manual – “Title IX and Intercollegiate Athletics: How It All Works – In Plain English” – includes streamlined explanations of the Title IX policies and analyses along with sample programs that reflect today’s athletics programs. The summaries and analyses of court cases have been updated and expanded significantly. The Workbook accompanying the Manual is on a flash drive in PDF format. The self-evaluation questionnaires and charts for recording information contained in the Workbook are also in Word format, and may be downloaded, forwarded, and completed electronically. The revised August 2020 Title IX regulation and a summary of the new provisions are also on the flash drive.
